CATEGORY – I TRAINEE (Total No. of Posts : 62)
1. Chemical: 39 Posts
2. Mechanical: 11 Posts
3. Electrical: 03 Post
4. Instrumentation:05 Posts
5. Chemistry Laboratory: 04 Posts (Education qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as Principal and Physics/ Mathematics/ Biology as subsidiary).

Educational qualification(Posts 1-4): Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.

Age limit: Min 18 Years and Max 25 Years as on 01/01/2015.

Category I Trainee Pay Scale:- 9300-34800 and Grade Pay of 4600 (PB-2) after probation period.

CATEGORY – II TRAINEE : (Total No. of Posts : 105)
1. Mechanical (Fitter): 25 Posts
2. Electrical: 20 Posts
3. Instrument–Mechanic: 10 Posts
4. Process/ Plant Operator: 50 Posts

Educational qualifications: Minimum 60% marks in SSC with
Science and Maths + ITI certificate in Fitter Trade for posts 1 and 2.

For Posts 3, Minimum 60% marks in SSC with Science and Maths + ITI certificate in Instrument-Mechanic/Electronics / Electronics & Comm. /Electronics & Tele Comm. Trade.

For Posts 4, Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (10+2 or 12 years schooling duration) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Selection Procedure:Objective type Written Test of 2 hour duration with negative marking shall be conducted for both Category-I and Category-II candidates. Each correct answer will carry 1 (one) mark and each wrong answer will carry 1/2 negative mark.
